Lexicon Holdings Limited ("LEXICON') is wholly dedicated to preserving individuals privacy interests who supply us with information concerning themselves and complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the HK Special Administrative Region. Therefore, we direct our employees to comply with internal standards of confidentiality and security.   

When you visit LEXICONS' website, the visit will be marked as a 'hit'. Usually, we do not accept any personal information which could identify you. We only obtain aggregate data from our service provider.   

 

Occasionally, there may be a particular circumstance where personal information which could identify you is gathered, such as information you input through the "Contact us" form, payments, and other situations.   

 

LEXICON may use the personal information that could be received from you for administrative, statistical, or other circumstances with legitimate grounds which will be stipulated at collection. We will preserve your personal information only for a necessary amount of time to fulfil the purpose for the reason it was obtained. We are entitled to reasonably charge for data access and modification requests. You also hold the right to request the deletion of your personal information under particular circumstances. Although, there may be situations where we cannot satisfy your access or modification applications due to legitimate, legal, and regulatory reasons.
